1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the i8club platform, accessible at i8club.onl and through the official i8club Android application. Using any part of the platform – including browsing the game lobby, placing a bet, making a deposit, or registering an account – constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

i8club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the new version of the terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use i8club, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from i8club.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

i8club does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances. If we discover that a player does not meet the age requirement, the account will be immediately suspended, any balance will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on i8club. Creating more than one account – whether under the same or different personal information – is a violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and the balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. i8club may require you to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This typically involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal functions restricted until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact i8club support immediately.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on i8club are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). i8club accepts deposits through Philippine e-wallets including GCash and Maya, as well as online bank transfer via Philippine banking channels such as InstaPay and PESONet.

Deposits are credited to your i8club account after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method. All funds deposited into your i8club account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where another person funds your account on your behalf – are not permitted and may trigger a review of your account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. You may withdraw funds from your i8club balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold set by i8club at the time of the request.
• Funds associated with an active bonus or wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals will be processed in Philippine Peso to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

i8club aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times. i8club reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on i8club are governed by the specific rules of each game or sport. These rules are available within each game or market on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific rules take precedence for that game.

Bets placed and confirmed on i8club are final. i8club does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a technical error on our side has demonstrably resulted in an incorrect bet being placed without your intent.

i8club reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions being presented.
• There is clear evidence that the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise altered in a material way, in accordance with the specific sport's rules.

Winnings are credited to your i8club account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Live casino results and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and live dealer operations from the respective game providers.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

i8club may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion – including eligibility, duration, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements – are stated in the promotion details at the time it is offered.

General rules that apply to all promotions on i8club:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• i8club reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, subject to any commitments already made to players who have accepted the offer.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once – will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

8. Responsible Gaming

i8club is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all registered players. Online gaming is entertainment – it should never be used as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

The following tools are available to all registered i8club members:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusions are processed as quickly as possible and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on i8club and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or using i8club to process funds from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents for verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain promotional bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing i8club staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

i8club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these terms have been violated. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, i8club may act without prior notice.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting i8club support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

11. Privacy and Data

i8club collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve the platform.

i8club will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

i8club provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, i8club's liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. i8club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings from a bet that could not be placed due to a technical error.

13. Changes to These Terms

i8club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on their account. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with an update to the terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
